Welcome to Our Website

Welcome and thank you for visiting the City of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.  We are very proud of our City and we truly believe our motto that, “Life is Better Here.”

As a seaside community situated between the Halifax River (Intercoastal Waterway) and the Atlantic Ocean in the central part of the State, we annually attract many visitors.  Our variety of hotels and motels offer a wide array of choices for the entire family.

Most full-time residents live in our lovely oceanfront condominiums.  We invite all citizens to be active participants in our community.  Whether visiting our modern Community Center, playing tennis at the City’s free, state-of-art clay courts, participating in pickleball, simply relaxing on the beach, or enjoying one of our many concerts or events, you will soon realize the “Shores” is a unique and special place.
