The main building at 2301 S. Atlantic Avenue has been released.

Ocean Court Motel at 2315 S. Atlantic Avenue was conditionally released this afternoon.

This update reflects that the Sage 'N Sand Motel at 3059 S. Atlantic Ave. was demolished is no longer Posted. 

Though no updates have been achieved since the last update on January 9th, this list is current as of 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24th.

Pirates Cove at 3501 S. Atlantic Avenue remains Posted, but may be entered by contractors, staff engineers, and licensed inspectors only.

Grand Coquina Condominium's status was updated to "Released (conditionally)" this morning.

The single-family residence on the Posted list - 2713 S. Atlantic Ave. - was Released today, too.

Both the east and west buildings at 3615 S. Atlantic Ave. - Curran Shores North - have been conditionally released.
