Vial of Life Project
OFFERED BY THE PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT - FREE TO ALL CITY RESIDENTS
The Vial of Life Project is one in which you fill out a medical form listing any medical conditions or medications you take. The form is then placed on your refrigerator where our rescue units can find it in the event of a medical emergency. A decal (that we provide) is placed on your front door, so our officers know the vial is on the refrigerator. In this way, we are able to help you with a medical issue quickly and in a more efficient manner. If you would like a “Vial of Life” packet, please call Joanne Sweeney at 386-763-5333, or just stop by our Public Safety Building at 3050 South Atlantic Ave. during business hours.
