Taste of the Shores Application and Information

The City of Daytona Beach Shores is presenting the 9th Annual Taste of the Shores to celebrate and showcase our restaurants and businesses in the area. The event will take place on Thursday, April 26, 2018. The location will at the Shores Plaza Pavilion at 3048 S. Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores.

Our previous "Taste" events sold out and the program has become one of our most popular. We plan to again sell 400 tickets in advance of the event. No tickets will be sold at the door.

We will advertise extensively in print media, websites, posters and flyers. Residents of the City, as well as the surrounding area, will be invited to attend and celebrate our area's culinary and business communities.

You are invited to participate in the Taste of the Shores. This "one-of-a-kind" event will enable you to provide samples of what your establishment has to offer and provide exposure for your business. We encourage you to distribute coupons, flyers, sample menus or promotional material that will showcase your business and entice the attendee to visit your business again after the Taste. There is no charge for restaurants to participate. There will be a small fee for non-restaurant businesses to participate. Unfortunately, space is limited - so reserve your space early! An application and information is enclosed for your use in becoming a participant in this year's Taste of the Shores.

We understand the difficulty of providing staff to work at the Taste. We can offer volunteers to assist in manning your booth, help set it up, hand out the tastes or brochures, and help with breaking down, if needed.

A member of our committee will contact you in the near future to answer any questions you may have. We hope that you can find time in your busy schedule to become part of our 9th Annual Taste of the Shores. We look forward to welcoming you to this special event.
